Volunteer Work

In a country where over 40% of the population live under WHO’s poverty level and over 17% of the population of close to 90 mill. people go hungry to bed every night, there is a great need for volunteers who will give of their time and finances to help change things for the better.

We offer:

1. Internship for students in the West who want come work as volunteers in schools and institutions in Cebu.

a. These are for example teacher students who get placed in a big variety of schools
b. Behavioral science/social worker students who work with small children in kindergartens and pre-schools in depressed areas and in institutions for abandoned and abused children

2. Volunteer work for (student) doctors and nurses who want to assist in poor hospitals as volunteers
